Digital Colour Press technology produces customized brochures, one-to-one personalized documents, and other print jobs on a wide variety of stocks including many 100% recycled FSC papers, all with outstanding image quality.

Print on demand by storing or achiving files via our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and PDF Freeflow. You can then print any of these colour documents when you need them, in any quantities from one, up to 4,800 single sided 8.5"x11" colour prints per hour. The Colour 1000 Press lets you enhance the creativity and impact of your prints by applying clear dry inks. Clear dry ink enables you to create a subtle, professional watermark effect or add an element of security. The press prints at 2400 x 2400 dpi for excellent sharpness and uniformity. It delivers outstanding midtones, crisp text, pure neutrals, detailed shadows, bright highlights and excellent photo rendering, perfect for today’s specialty photo applications. And the Colour 1000 Press maintains benchmark colour consistency, from page to page and job to job.

Utilizing Xerox low melt, EA (Emulsion Aggregation) Dry Ink and new fusing technology, the Colour 1000 brings you an even wider colour gamut that can produce vibrant images with smooth sweeps that command—and hold—attention. Running all weights at rated speeds of 80 or 100 ppm, the Colour 1000 delivers one of the widest ranges of media handling, from a light weight 55 gsm to a hefty 350 gsm.

Let your imagination run wild. Six colour imaging produces rich continuous tones, brilliant colours, and ensures crisp sharp line and text at amazing 600 x 1200 dpi. Five feet wide printing onto a variety of media including: Matte or glossy photo base papers, matte studio canvas, scrim vinyl, backlit film for light boxes, films for window signage, and engineered bond for site drawings and building plans. Again, extremely fast output at up to 560 square feet per hour, provides for fast turnaround. Megachrome prints are ideal for: signs, banners, posters, maps, building signage, transit shelters, point of purchase displays, product signage, trade show displays, building layouts, or anything you can imagine.

In addition, we have a customized Colour Management system to ensure consistent colour output from print run to print run. Don’t forget we can also scan your originals into digital format.
