  Digital Colour Press technology produces customized brochures, one-to-one personalized documents, and other print jobs on a wide variety of stocks including many 100% recycled FSC papers, all with outstanding image quality.

The iGEN3™ Digital Colour Press is one of the few presses that can print on an array of paper and substrates ranging from light weight text to heavy weights as high as 110 lb. cover. Advanced paper capacity, combined large sheet size and the ability to load toner and paper as it runs, enables virtually non- stop printing - and quick turnaround times for you.

Print on demand by storing or achiving files via our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and PDF Freeflow. You can then print any of these colour documents when you need them, in any quantities up to 4,800 single sided 8.5"x11" colour prints per hour. Exceptional image quality with near perfect registration, makes your work - well, look outstanding.

  Let your imagination run wild. Six colour imaging produces rich continuous tones, brilliant colours, and ensures crisp sharp lines and text at amazing 600 x 1200 dpi. Five feet wide printing onto a variety of media including: Matte or glossy photo base papers, matte studio canvas, scrim vinyl, backlit film for light boxes, films for window signage, Tyvec, and engineered bond for site drawings and building plans. Again, extremely fast output at up to 560 square feet per hour, provides for fast turnaround. Megachrome prints are ideal for: signs, banners, posters, maps, building signage, transit shelters, point of purchase displays, product signage, trade show displays, building layouts, or anything you can imagine.

Our Oce 250GT UV Ink printer allows us to print on just about any ridgid substrate and a wide variety of in-stock materials to meet your specific needs - vinyls, canvas, fabric, pressure sensitive, repositionable, rigid substrates such as foamcore, bio degradable foamcore, coroplast, gatorfoam, sintra, and mdo board.

  Lets get sticky! Our synthetic labels are available on a vinyl or polyester combined with a 91 lb. lay-flat "smart" release liner. Both facestocks can be backed with either an aggressive high-tack permanent acrylic adhesive or a low-tack water-based removable adhesive depending on product use.

In addition to a wide assortment of these adhesive backs, other specialty media includes: translucent bond & vellums, textured paper solutions, 3 dimensional impression solutions, tab & folder solutions, and mail solutions.
