  Recovered papers are challenging to recycle, but without doubt worth the effort when it comes to helping save the environment and making our world sustainable for future generations. The products we provide are part of your every day life and business communication, and so the type of paper that we provide makes a significant impact for us all. Our most pressing goal is to provide printing for your success and sustainability at an affordable price.

Our exclusive mill purchases thousands of tons of recovered fiber. Some of the fiber used comes from misprinted coffee cups, ice cream containers, magazines, undelivered mail, and catalogs. These are all part of the furnish that goes into premium recycled bond. The world class recycling equipment at the mill and the experience of the paper makers is a combination that is producing quality products that the market needs without the use of a bleaching system. Our products are considered to be process chlorine free.

Plus they have the unique ability to separate poly from fiber to make these commercial printing paper grades. The process of separating poly/plastic from fiber involves high consistency pulping, followed by a series of perforated and slotted screens with progressively smaller hole and slot openings. The mill also incorporates forward and reverse cleaning and a deinking process, which uses a proprietary, environmentally friendly chemistry.

There is a diligent effort on the part of the ownership to be good stewards of the environment. Recycling is a way of life for this mill. Residual plastics from the process are recycled into composite lumber; residual fiber is used in coal mine restoration or recycled again into other recycled paper products.

The paper is SFI certified by Price Waterhouse Coopers and FSC Certified by the Forest Stewerdship Council.
